• Position the adhesive band just above the knee, on the thinnest part of the thigh
• Press lightly on the silicone band to ensure adhesion to the skin
• Avoid pulling excessively on the fabric to preserve elasticity
• If stockings slip, check that the silicone band is clean and free from residue
• For optimal hold, avoid applying lotions or creams to the thighs before wearing

Gather the stocking down to the foot before putting it on, then gently roll it up the leg. Position the top band flat against the thigh for an even hold.
